David Fisher is an experienced office leasing specialist with extensive knowledge of Wellington’s CBD leasing market. For more than two decades David has a history of working well in a team environment and has forged a track record of success as a landlord’s agent completing a large number of controlled stock appointments.
Transacting over 25 deals on average a year throughout his career, David’s knowledge of the CBD leasing market is without peer. This understanding has resulted in a large number of transactions in challenging and evolving environments including the sublease market that existed for a period following the pandemic in 2020/21.
Following the November 2016 earthquake that affected Wellington’s office stock and reset the city’s market, David completed several substantial leasing deals working with the clients including the Crown, Meridian Energy, Fire & Emergency NZ, OMV, Stantec and IAG.
