The James Smiths building is an historic property, having been converted from a well known department store into a mixed-use commercial property. The building has been extensively refurbished but has retained a lot of its character.

Level 3 is the top floor and contains many intriguing elements. Located on the corner of Manners and Cuba Streets the outlook is interesting. The space opens out onto the James Smiths roof which presents a variety of options.
