Heritage Character on the Wellington Waterfront

Duncan Cotterill House is one of Wellington's finest art deco buildings. Government Architect John Mair designed it after the 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake as an example of earthquake-resistant construction, and it rates 90% NBS today. It sits between the CBD and the harbour, a short walk from Parliament, Lambton Quay and Wellington Station. The ground floor has new end-of-trip facilities. A full 1,420sqm floor is available on Level 6, with a 35 sqm part floor on Level 3 and two ground floor offices of 328sqm and 228sqm.
