Roana started her property career in 1997 in South Africa working for as a property administrator concentrating on Commercial and Industrial property administration.
Early into her career she learnt to provide professional service and ensured to maintain excellent client relationships leading to new and referred business.
Up and till the end the end of 2009 she grew to become a Property Manager and moved onto to managing shopping centres and industrial units for private Companies, Banks and for Companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
In 2010 she became a Joint Managing Director in Rocom Properties KwaZulu Natal which then bought a Rawson Franchise in Natal and in Johannesburg under which she managed the Residential and Commercial sales, leasing and management team. She took quickly to sales and leasing and was nominated for Operation Millionaire with Growthpoint Properties.
In 2022 Auckland New Zealand became her new home. Today, Roana works under the original banner of ROCOM Properties in Auckland, New Zealand still focusing on Residential Sales, Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leasing in Auckland and other regions.
Roana enjoys family time and studying to improve her skill set.
