About Ryan

Ryan joined Savills in early 2015 and is responsible for overseeing Savills New Zealand’s multi-disciplinary capability, from strategic advice and transacting deals across all commercial sectors.

With more than 20 years’ experience, Ryan was formerly recognised in his earlier years as one of New Zealand’s leading leasing brokers and has had a strong influence on Christchurch’s regenerating central business district since the 2010/ 2011 earthquakes. Being a key conduit between the private and public sector Ryan was responsible for the majority of the central business district repopulation.

Since joining Savills, Ryan has forged extensive relationships throughout New Zealand, as well as with our most active groups from offshore. Through his New Zealand market knowledge and strength in building relationships he is sought after in the Capital Transaction markets and works closely with our International Cross-Border teams directing the flow of capital into and out of New Zealand.

Ryan’s clients value his positive and entrepreneurial ability to assist in creating and executing high value opportunities.
